Our fees to seller clients are:

Sales/lettings up to £40,000 inclusive – £2,000 Commission + Advertising + Marketing

Sales/Lettings between £40,001 and £70,000 inclusive – £3000 Commission + Advertising + Marketing

Sales/Lettings between £70,001 and £100,000 inclusive – £4,500 Commission + Advertising + Marketing

Sales/Lettings between £100,001 and £150,000 inclusive – 4% Commission of the Sales Price/Annual Rental

Sales/Lettings above £150,000 – 4% Commission of the Sales Price/Annual Rental

Advertising & Marketing is £600 for 6 months then £50 per month thereafter – this includes all marketing, advertising, etc including the major web portals. If you require newspaper advertising this will be in addition.

In all the above cases, we will always only divulge on line as much or as little information about the business as you wish thereby ensuring the business’s identity is keep hidden until your approval and on the interested party signing a confidentiality agreement.
